Rockyspin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rossobash SRL, the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica that operates Rockyspin. This agreement governs account registration and eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Rockyspin service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must complete identity, address, and payment-instrument verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed; documents are reviewed within approximately 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these terms, provides false information, or is found to be operating in a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, and Tron. The minimum deposit is approximately €25, varying by country and payment method; a minimum deposit of €20 qualifies for welcome bonus eligibility. All payment instruments must be personally owned and name-matched to your registered account; deposits made from shared, business, or third-party accounts may be confiscated. Cryptocurrency deposits must meet the per-coin minimums displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction; deposits sent below that threshold cannot be returned, and misdirected crypto transactions are only investigated where the value exceeds €5,000, subject to a recovery fee of 0.1 BTC. Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method wherever possible, require full KYC completion, and are subject to a minimum of €50 (rising to €120 depending on country of residence and payment method). Withdrawal limits are €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at base loyalty rank, with higher caps available at elevated loyalty tiers; wins exceeding €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Processing time is up to 72 hours on the casino side, with cryptocurrency withdrawals typically completing within 24 hours end to end and card withdrawals processed via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, subject to acceptance by the issuing bank.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published alongside the offer, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses. Casino bonus wagering requirements are set at 40x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise; sportsbook welcome offers carry a 5x wagering requirement on qualifying accumulator bets. The maximum permitted bet during any active bonus wagering period is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. Bonus winnings from the welcome package are capped at 10x the bonus amount, and Free Spin winnings are capped at €50. Game contribution rates during wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature slots 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time; bonuses cannot be combined, and withdrawing your deposit before wagering requirements are met voids the bonus and any bonus winnings. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where we determine that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, collusion, or advantage play.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat or email to [email protected] are processed promptly, and once a self-exclusion is active, marketing communications to that account cease. Dispute resolution

We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it; where a complaint cannot be resolved at first contact, it is escalated internally and we will provide a substantive response within 14 days. Server logs and transaction records held by Rockyspin constitute the reference record for the outcome of any game round or transaction and are used in the assessment of all disputes. Where a complaint remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with the process described on our Dispute Resolution page.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the Rockyspin website prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is 20 November 2024. Continued use of the service after the notified effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
